The agency did not receive the Request prior to the notice of appeal. Dismissed as premature. Upon request for Reconsideration, an agency’s time for responding to a Right-to-Know request only begins upon receipt of the request by the agency’s open-records officer. 65 P.S. § 67.901. This is settled law. Commonwealth v. Donahue, 98 A.3d 1223 (Pa. 2014). Denied.
