Request sought records containing specific search terms sent on the pa.gov domain between Meg Snead, Alison Jones, Dave Rubin, and/or Rachel Levine. The Office provided some records on appeal, established that a portion of records are internal predecisional deliberative records, redactions to protect personal identification information was proper, and a portion of the redactions were necessary to protect computer security. However, the Office failed to provide evidence that all redactions challenged were proper. Granted in part and denied in part.
