Request sought various records related to asset forfeiture accounts. Agency proved certain records do not exist within the possession, custody or control of the agency and that certain records are likely to result in personal harm and jeopardize public safety. Agency did not prove that records relate to a noncriminal investigation and did not prove that the records are confidential under the Controlled Substances Forfeiture Act. Granted in part and denied in part.

(B) Deprive a person of the right to an impartial adjudication. (C) Constitute an unwarranted invasion of privacy. (D) Hinder an agencys ability to secure an administrative or civil sanction. (E) Endanger the life or physical safety of an individual.
