Request sought various records including photographs of the interior of police vehicles and equipment, records related to police vehicle computers, and records related to the implementation or application of a 10 mile residency rule for police officers, among other records. The Borough provided additional records on appeal and proved no additional records exist. However, the Borough improperly overcharged for the printing and redaction of records that did not require redaction. Granted in part, denied in part and dismissed as moot in part.
