Requester seeks emails and other forms of communication between various District Employees. The District identified 1,144 pages of responsive records and notified the Requester that it was requesting prepayment of fees. 65 P.S. Section 67.1307(h). The District has provided a reasonable estimate of copying fees and the Requester shall make prepayment or inform the District that she no longer wishes to obtain copies within 15 days. If the Requester makes prepayment, the District shall provide redacted records within 30 days of prepayment. Appeal denied.
