Requester, an inmate, seeks 1) 911 Transcripts and 2) a post-mortem report. It appears that the Requester initially filed the Request with the DAs Office (two separate requests). The DAs Office forwarded to the County (who had a prior AORO). The County forwarded the post-mortem report to the Coroner's Office, a separate agency who submitted a separate response to the Requester. The Requester appealed but only have appealed the County's final response (and not the Coroner's). The County submitted evidence that it does not have the 911 transcripts and/or the post-mortem report. Denied as do not exist.
