However, the Requester contacted the Prothonotary who indicated that it did not have the responsive records. Thus, the County did not demonstrate that the requested autopsy and toxicology reports were deposited with the County Prothonotary. The requested autopsy and toxicology reports are available, for a fee, under the County Code. The County, based upon the actions of its Coroner, may have acted in bad faith. Granted.
