Request sought hours worked, hourly rate and gross pay for agency employees for certain years. The Township's interpretation of the Request was reasonable in part. The Requester is entitled to a refund of the duplication fees paid for nonresponsive records. The Township did not act in bad faith. Granted in part and denied in part.
