The County responded by directing the Requester to a publicly accessible website that contains all data points, but at the time of the Request, not all 2023 was available on the website. and it would be fully up to date by the end of January. On appeal the County provided a link to the updated website with the full dataset. Agency did not prove that all redactions were undercover or cover officers under Section 708(b)(6)(C)(iii).
