OOR Dkt. No.: AP 2024-2498
Case Status: Partially Granted/Partially Denied

01/03/2025

12/16/2024

DeStefano, Damian

Delaware

Request sought various records regarding public meetings, communications between members, smoke testing project, legal invoices, and an online payment system project from Bethel Township Sewer Authority ("Authority"). The Authority failed to demonstrate that RTKL exemptions apply to the redactions on the legal invoices. The Authority did show that some redactions were proper under the attorney work product, but impermissibly redacted general legal descriptions, the time and cost for legal services. Granted in part and denied in part.
