Requests sought bank statements that were submitted to the Agency by a cheerleading booster organization. The bank statements are records "of" the Agency. Agency provided redacted records on appeal. Agency failed to prove the records contain exempt personal identification information. Requester does not challenge the redaction of account numbers, as such, that information may remain redacted. Granted in part and dismissed as moot in part.
