The Requests sought various records concerning the District's Intermediate High School Performing Arts Center expansion project. The appeal was stayed under Brelje. The District provided records responsive to Requests 1 and 2 during the pendency of the appeal. Requests 1 and 2 are sufficiently specific in part. The District is not required to provide nonresponsive records to Requests 1 and 2. Personal phone numbers, emails, and names of citizens are exempt under Section 708(b)(6) and the constitutional right to privacy. Draft resolutions may be exempt under Section 708(b)(9). The District demonstrated certain records are exempt under Section 708(b)(10). The District has demonstrated that purchase orders responsive to Request 3 do not exist in its possession, custody or control. Denied in part; dismissed as moot in part.
