Request sought information regarding the limitation of spending on Commonwealth project funds. The Agency provided a responsive website link during the pendency of the appeal. A portion of the Request is insufficiently specific. The Agency demonstrated that additional responsive records do not exist in its possession, custody or control. Denied in part and dismissed as moot in part. Upon Petition for Reconsideration, I have reviewed the appeal file and Final Determination, and I cannot conclude that the Appeals Officer committed any error of law or abuse of discretion. Reconsideration Denied.
