Two Requests sought inspection and enforcement records regarding specific business addresses, as well as all other automotive and tire businesses and records of signage permits, applications, etc. for businesses in the Borough. Borough provided additional records on appeal. Duplication fee was not reasonable. Borough proved that certain records were properly withheld under the attorney-client privilege. Borough did not prove that a good faith search was conducted for one Request, but proved that no additional records exist for the second Request. Granted in part, denied in part, dismissed as moot in part.
