Requester sought correspondence including the words "Evans," "constable," "uniforms," "weapons," "firearms" and/or "guns" for the past six months as well as related policies and/or ordinances regarding firearms and recording video/audio on Borough property. The Requests were deemed denied but Borough had sent responses and inadvertently misspelled the Requester's e-mail address. Borough provided access to records on appeal and Requester did not challenge any of the responses. Dismissed as moot.
