Requester seeks meeting minutes, public announcements, and agenda for five separate committees of the Borough. Requester argues that the Borough is in violation of the Sunshine Act. The Borough proved they are not in possession, custody, or control of responsive records for the Requests. Further, the OOR has no jurisdiction over Sunshine Act violations. Denied in part and dismissed for lack of jurisdiction in part.
