Requests sought related to the individuals responsible for reviewing, verifying, approving and/or authorizing compensatory time payments for the Borough Manager, former Chief of Police and former Code/Zoning Officer from December 31, 2019 to the present. The Borough provided responsive records on appeal and demonstrated that no additional records responsive to the Requests exist within its possession, custody or control. Denied in part and dismissed as moot in part.
