Request sought records regarding the allocation method of funds for municipal police departments and awards of recognition of the Montgomery Township Police Department from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation ("Department"). On appeal, the Department provided responsive records. The Department failed to show that Item 5 of the Request did not seek records. The Department showed that responsive records sought for Item 6 of the Request do not exist. Granted in part, denied in part, and dismissed as moot in part.
