The Request sought records of any written legal interpretation, legal opinion, memorandum, correspondence, email, communication or occupancy/use classification analysis authored by, sent by, received by, or memorializing communications with the Borough's solicitor on a variety of topics pertaining to fire inspections at a particular property. The Borough did not participate on appeal. Residential home addresses are exempt pursuant to the constitutional right to privacy, and the Request may facially seek privileged legal advice.
