The PSP proved that Items 1,3,5,6,7 and 9 of the Request are exempt under Section 708(b)(17), Section 708(b)(7)(iv) and Section 708(b)(10)(i)(A) of the RTKL. The PSP is not in possession, custody or control of Items 2, 4, 8 and 10 of the Request. Denied.

(iii) This paragraph shall not apply to a written or Internet application or other document that has been submitted to request Commonwealth funds. (iv) This paragraph shall not apply to the results of public opinion surveys, polls, focus groups, marketing research or similar effort designed to measure public opinion. Denied
