Due to the current number of appeals being filed with the OOR, there may be a delay in assigning your appeal to an Appeals Officer.  This delay does not affect the receipt date.  If you have filed your appeal using the OOR’s E-File Appeal Portal and have an email confirmation receipt, future communications will be forthcoming to your registered email address.  Please allow three business days before reaching out to the OOR.
