The Office of Open Records (OOR) is conducting its 2026 biannual review of its fee schedule pursuant to Section 1310 of the Right-to-Know Law (RTKL). As part of this process, the OOR is accepting public comments regarding the OOR’s fee schedule beginning November 2 through November 20, 2026.
We invite any constructive comments that identify specific concerns with the current fee schedule and explain what if any changes should be made. Please note that this review is limited to the fee schedule and comments on other topics will not be considered.
