The OOR is hosting a "RTKL for Law Enforcement" Webinar on October 4th at 10 a.m.

The Office of Open Records is hosting a webinar titled "The Right-to-Know Law for Law Enforcement" on Wednesday, October 4th at 10 a.m.  This session focuses on those aspects of the Right-to-Know Law that are specific to police departments, such as investigatory records, the impact of Act 22, and CHRIA.  It is a useful session for any Agency Open Records Officer or police line officer who oversees a records program.
