To help put requesters in contact with the agencies that have the records they are looking for, we created a chart showing commonly requested records and the agency from which you can request those records. 

Please note that the OOR decides appeals of denied requests for government records and is NOT a warehouse of records for state and local agencies.  Each agency is responsible for maintaining its own records and should be requested from the relevant agency.  To help put requesters in contact with the correct agencies, we also maintain an agency open records officer contact information database for agencies throughout the Commonwealth.  The OOR's Citizens' Guide also provides helpful information when requesting records from agencies under the RTKL.
